Winter 2019 ~ Sculpting Your Favorite Foods With Paper Clay
We had fun in this hands-on class exploring and creating a variety of foods influenced from around the world. Students
gained knowledge and experience learning sculpting, clay tool usage, glaze application, surface design and the ceramic
process to create multiple 3-dimensional works.
Students were introduced to “Paper Clay” as one of the latest innovative sculpting material. Instructor assistance
included short demonstrations of various hand-building techniques.
